Experian is the leading global information services company, providing data and analytical tools to clients globally. The organisation helps businesses manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision making, furthermore, it also helps individuals check their credit report and score and it also helps protect against identity theft (Experian.co.uk, 2016). Experian’s biggest competitors in the Credit Reference market, Experian’s primary market, are: Equifax and Callcredit (Moneysavingexpert.com, 2016). The author of this report is currently an intern at Experian, fulfilling the role of a Marketing Assistant, providing marketing assistance to Sarah Wragg, a Marketing Specialist with Experian Business Express.
